Custom artwork: If your order includes personalized designs, processing may take an additional 2 business days. You will receive a production timeline confirmation via email.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timeline
We offer FREE DUTIES & SHIPPING to the following countries/regions:
North America: United States, Canada,Mexico:8–12 business days
Europe: All EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway:8–12 business days
Japan:4–5 business days
Australia:8–12 business days
Hong Kong:2–3 business days
Macau:2–3 business days
Singapore:5–7 business days
South Korea:4–5 business days
Delivery Time:
8–15 business days after dispatch (excluding customs delays).
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
3.Shipping Methods

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by:
Customs inspections (outside our control);
Extreme weather or carrier disruptions;
Public holidays in the destination country.
Delay caused by strike of express delivery company employees.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to [Your Email]. We will replace it free of charge.
Lost packages: If tracking shows no delivery after 15 business days, contact us for investigation.
7. Returns
Non-custom artwork: Returns accepted within 14 days. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Custom artwork: Final sale; not eligible for returns.
