WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 days of purchase, with custom orders taking approximately 5-7 days. Once your order is placed, we immediately begin printing the canvas and assembling it.
Please note that once your order has been printed, it cannot be canceled.
Your tracking information will be automatically sent to the email or phone number provided during checkout once your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking, please contact us at sutuner@outlook.com. If your order hasn’t shipped within the specified timeframe, please inform us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
For US customers, orders typically arrive within 8-12 business days after shipping, while international customers should allow 10-15 days for shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us within 30 days, undamaged and we will refund you. We do not offer returns on custom items.
NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels to send products back to us, you must send back the unwanted product at your own expense.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Upon shipment of your order, you can expect to receive an email containing tracking information. Should you have any inquiries regarding the status of your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sutuner@outlook.com.
If your canvas arrives damaged, simply email us a picture at sutuner@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we'll promptly replace it or provide a full refund.
If the product you receive doesn't match the description or image from our site, we'll exchange it for a different item or issue a full refund. Please note that there may be slight variations in the alignment of the image on the final product.
If your product is lost in transit, and you provided us with the correct address, we'll gladly re-ship the product to you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Once an order has been printed, it cannot be cancelled.
Typically, canvas orders are printed, assembled, and packaged within 8-12 hours of placing the order.
Although it may take 24-48 hours for our shippers to collect your package, shipping costs are covered at the time of purchase.
If you're still unsatisfied upon receiving your canvas, you can return it to us for a full refund.
Please note that this policy does not apply to custom canvases unless there is a manufacturer defect.
